Gelaran NextDev tahun ke-8 yang telah mulai sejak September 2022 dengan tema #SustainBeyondExpectation, diikuti 233 startup digital potensial dari seluruh Indonesia, dengan sejumlah fokus pada trek Game and Gaming Platform, Health and Education, Tourism and Creative Economy, serta Green and Clean Tech.

Berdasarkan penilaian dari para investor dari aspek business modelling, marketing, product development, investment pitch, hingga team/people/finance, terpilih empat startup terbaik dari tiap sektor, antara lain Hisa Games pada trek Game and Gaming Platform, Fisiohome pada trek Health and Education, Shieldtag pada trek Tourism and Creative Economy, serta Nuxcle pada trek Green and Clean Tech. Pada NextDev tahun ke-8 ini, Telkomsel juga mengumumkan Hisa Games sebagai Favorite Startup.
